We’re on the lookout for a talented and reliable florist to join our small, dynamic team in Northbridge. This is ideally a casual or part-time role with flexibility, suited to any level of experience. Preference will be given to those with prior hands-on experience.
About the role:
– Approx. 15–20 hours per week (flexes seasonally with weddings/events) + potential to grow in hours & responsibilities
– Fridays & Saturdays are essential
– Mix of retail bouquet work, customer service, and wedding/event florals
– Market runs, prep, and occasional on-site setups for weddings and events
– Opportunity to take on more hours or responsibilities over time
This is your dream job if you are:
– A florist with at least 1–2 years’ experience in retail or event work
– Confident in bouquet-making, flower care, and basic customer interactions
– PROACTIVE, DETAIL-ORIENTED, punctual, dependable, and collaborative
– Looking for a team where you can have input and grow with the business
